    So this proposal passed but was not funded as the budget was maxxed out! This is a good problem for the network, but bad for this proposal. Network comes first so overall we are happy with the outcome

    I like this. Would it be a good idea to create an issue for this and all future protocol proposals in the PIVX github? And then when/if this passes it can be picked up easiers by the devs as a project
