This is a Pre-Proposal for setting up a small Private Bugbounty.
This bug bounty will only be used for fringe cases where people wish to keep their anonymity plus are presenting a Critical bug.
The types of issues that will be tackled by this bounty are…
1 - Issues which put SOME users funds at risk
2 - Issues which put ALL users funds at risk
3 - Issues which jeopardise privacy or network funds.
This bounty should NOT replace hacker one, but should compliment it.
We are putting this pre-proposal forward to see if there is support for this approach before putting in time to organise the specifics.
