Brief Introduction:

Greetings, everyone!

This proposal will be used to cover the costs of our email hosting for a period of 1 year. During this time I will also be looking for alternatives however this hosting plan has worked sufficiently.

The total cost for our emails is $510.56 annually. A cheaper alternative that can guarantee deliverability without issues from spamhaus etc will be researched in the mean time.

Due to this requiring me to convert to BTC which includes fees of transfer as well as the potential of the exchange rate of PIVX adjusting I will be asking for 650 USD in PIVX. Any remaining amount after the conversion will be announced here in this thread and can be used towards the next renewal.

This covers:
16 email accounts plus our catch all email address configuration for a period of 1 year.

Funding:
For this round I will be asking for a 2718 PIVX + my 50 PIVX in submission fees bringing it to a total of 2768 PIVX.

I'm personally okay with the conversion overhead and the cost if it means NOT having to deal with yet another shift in email host providers. Our current provider has been quite stable and accessible compared to past providers IMHO. Of course, we COULD run our own email server for much less financial burden up front...but that would require retaining and paying a knowledgeable sysadmin to maintain such a system, which I think would be more costly in the long run.

Thank you. I am happy with keeping our current provider. So far I have improved our deliverability to a 10/10 score guaranteeing our emails don't go to spam. Self hosting which we have done way in the past did have issues landing in spam and not being authenticated. Plus most IPv4 from VPS providers have an issue with the entire mask being listed on for example spamhaus which would block our emails.

But yea where we are now compared to before is a huge plus.
