Hi everyone!,

Firstly PIVX has been listed for quite some time on WhiteBIT. In order to grow our reputation with their team and to gain new investors amongst their users they have proposed a trading competition. A trading competition will allow all users on the WhiteBIT exchange to partake in trading the PIVX/BTC pair. The top 10-20 users with the most volume after the competition will be awarded some PIVX from the pool which I will allocate to them from this proposal. The goal of this proposal is to fund the prize pool for the trading competition. The total will be 5000 USD worth of PIVX.

Benefits of this proposal:

• Attract new investors / PIVX hodlrs
• Inform the WhiteBIT exchange community about PIVX
• Gain additional volume and liquidity that will assist in future listings and with swap sites
• Additional marketing material for PIVX
• Building our relationship with the WhiteBIT exchange

The prize pool is 5000 USD however as price and liquidity has been quite volatile I will be asking for 5500 USD. The address holding the funds is public and any remaining funds will be kept and used towards additional passed proposals that may be experiencing issues with payment due to volatility. This can be openly discussed :)

I will also use this trading competition as a metric for future trading competitions will other exchanges.

Don't see the point in this just like the last time there was competitions to reward people trading with themselves. You either want it or don't.

Hey @Gerrald so trading competitions help projects build reputations with exchanges as well as to gain new investors

My goal with this trading competition is to gain the volume required to get us a USDT pair for free with WhiteBit as wel as to attract new investors. It has been a success for many projects and I do see that happening again for us. We need to build on our relationships with our exchanges especially ones such as WhiteBit
