How did Zenzo agree the official 'friendship' with PivX?

Can I ask you, how did Zenzo agree the official 'friendship' with PivX? Was it called 'Alliance'?

ZENZO used the 'Alliance' system that @Cryptosi proposed, it composed of submitting a proposal for the DAO (Masternode Owners) to vote on if the Alliance should occur or not, a kind of decentralised 'partnership' between two DAOs, or the DAO (PIVX) and a non-DAO project, it's a great system!
