Some ideas on how we can ALL "Just Keep Building" PIVX.

I support Talk's idea of having a baseline figure (paid in PIVX )for all ambassadors. There's also no need to start off with multiple ambassadors. We can start with 2 or 3 regions.

When we say ambassadors need to work their way up, what's duties are they expected to perform at the lowest level? What are the KPIs for measuring performance at this level?

If the responsibility will cost an ambassador significant effort or expenses then they need to be paid from the onset.

I propose that just as we have the TCF, we can create a fund for the Ambassador program too while things are being fledged out.

What is obtainable in the US, may not be applicable in Africa - both in expenses and local modalities. While ambassadors should all receive the same pay irrespective of their location, I propose having an extra fund to support local efforts.

I should have to use my monthly pay to organized a physical meetup.

But first, we must itemize and clearly outline the roles and responsibilities of an ambassador.

Reading through everything you've done, I have one key point to add. In the early days, I saw something similar in the German- peaking Bitcoin community. The idea was to decentralize the community and help it grow. That’s why some people created a blueprint, and Gigi recorded a video explaining the concept, it went viral, leading to local meetups and more engagement.
A simple way to start could be podcasts, just basic ones, like interviews. No prior knowledge is needed, just asking guests how they got into PIVX. After 5-6 interviews, you gain experience, meet more people, and maybe even start hosting a podcast together with other Pivians.
For structure, you could create something like a “Purple Print” inspired by their blueprint idea, where people copy the main framework, add their local PIVX meetup logos, and mark them on a map, as an example, let's say on - PIVX(dot)space or PIVX(dot)World. Each local community could share their monthly meetup dates, print posters, and spread the word. At the end of the day, everyone just gets together, pays for their own drinks/food, and enjoys an evening talking about PIVX.
If this grows, imagine 100+ meetups worldwide, each with their own logos and teams. Then we could add competitions, challenges, and incentives to keep it exciting! The main PIVX brand could remain, but each community could customize it for their location, for example- PIVX-Berlin, PIVX-Miami, PIVX-Riga, with creative local logos.
It may take a couple of years, but at first, there might be only 1-2 people at a meetup, then 4-5, and eventually, if there is gonna be 100+ meetup groups, that’s huge! And each time visiting local meetup, people would be talking about PIVX, learning, and probably actively building something within the ecosystem as well

I hope you get the idea! I am gonna share an example of a community where this worked well. The key difference is that you meet people in real life, and that changes everything for pivx, because we want privacy but I am sure that there is a lot of people who is gonna enjoy it

Love this and thanks for sharing. Love the idea of the interviews. In fact, this may tie well into what you have built already @Hawtch ? The goal is to build the base and the framework that can be replicated and repeated while supporting the Ambassador community. Love it. Keep the ideas coming, together we will build it. :)

Agreed, eventually a monetary supplement will be required, but I think this should be a tiered approach. To start, educate. Once they are enthusiastic and would like to continue, support them with materials, more knowledge, tokens or Merch to help encourage. Perhaps the Monetary component comes in with a second / third tier status? Not sure. But I think there will need to be a vetting process at the beginning prior to monetary supplement. But either way, if we are educating a community about PIVX and they learn something.... even if they do not become full fledged Ambassadors, they are still going to walk away with more knowledge about PIVX and hopefully be a champion for us.

Also, agreed eventually there will need to be a fund where people can apply for funding for local efforts etc.... Fully transparent and recorded.

Another aspect that may be worth considering is the area of retrospective funding. Do good and get funded afterwards.

I know Gitcoin has a program like this.
