Hi, I have this wallet which is out of sync.
can I transfer my PIV to another wallet?

I made a back up and I downloaded another wallet v5.6.1, it is uptodate and sync.

but I don't know how to add my PIV in my new wallet.

i sthere any exchange that can convert my PIV to BTC o ETH?
