I currently am using it for receiving pivc from pipefauct , its been okay for receiving last 14 daily days, as a bigginner learner novice, am i using a ok wallet , thks guys

Magnum is a good wallet, but if you want to stake your PIVX you would need the core wallet which is available on pivx.org website. So for small "faucet amounts" Magnum is just fine.

installed a mobile wallet. wallet does not sync help set up the application

@GerGeti I believe there is currently an issue with the mobile wallet syncing, however there is no point in fixing at the minute because there are significant code/blockchain changes with upcoming 5.0 wallet which need to be finalised before working on the mobile wallet. For the moment you can use Coiomi wallet which supports PIVX.
