1. Executive Summary

This proposal introduces a comprehensive and community-driven strategy to increase the long-term value of PIVX, strengthen ecosystem health, and accelerate global user adoption.

The initiative consists of three coordinated components:

  1. A Voluntary Burn Pool for Masternodes & Stakers – reducing supply and mitigating inflation.
  2. Targeted Airdrop & Marketing Campaign – onboarding new users from high-potential regions (Turkey, Iran, Vietnam, China).
  3. Referral & Ambassador Program – creating a sustainable pipeline of new active community members.

This model has been proven successful in networks like Dash, Zcash, Solana, and Ton.

2. Problem Statement

Despite PIVX’s strong technological foundation, the ecosystem faces several structural challenges:

2.1 Supply Growth Outpacing Demand

Masternode and staking rewards introduce natural inflation. Without sufficient burn mechanisms or increased demand, price stability becomes difficult.

2.2 Low User Acquisition in Recent Years

Most growth has been internal. New wallet creation and community expansion have been limited compared to other networks.

2.3 Weak Presence in Emerging Crypto Markets

Regions with high crypto adoption (Turkey, Iran, Vietnam, China) have minimal PIVX penetration despite their large potential.

3. Proposed Solution

3.1 Voluntary Burn Pool (Soft-Burn Mechanism)

We will introduce an official PIVX Burn Pool Address where Masternodes and Stakers can voluntarily burn 1%–15% of their rewards.

Features:

  • Transparent on-chain burn address
  • Public dashboard tracking all contributions
  • “Burn Supporter Badge” for participating Masternodes
  • Listing of supporters on a public webpage

Expected Outcomes:

  • Reduced circulating supply → lower inflation
  • Increased long-term price stability
  • Strong community-driven tokenomics

3.2 Targeted Airdrop & Growth Campaign

We will launch a structured Airdrop campaign targeting regions with high crypto engagement:

  • Turkey
  • Iran
  • Vietnam
  • China

Primary channels:

  • Twitter (X) growth tasks
  • Telegram communities
  • Discord onboarding
  • PIVX education materials
  • Micro-rewards for active participation

Goals:

  • Onboard 50,000 new users
  • Increase daily active wallets
  • Increase transaction volume on the network

3.3 Referral System & Ambassador Program

A referral system will motivate existing users to bring new users.

Key Points:

  • Each successful referral earns small incentives
  • Country ambassadors manage their regional communities
  • Educational content (videos, guides, Masternode setup tutorials)
  • Growth tracking dashboard

Expected Impact:

  • Organic community expansion
  • Geographic diversification of holders
  • Long-term user retention

4. Benefits to the PIVX Network

Benefit Details
Inflation Control Voluntary burning decreases supply pressure
Price Growth Potential Lower supply + higher demand
User Base Expansion Targeted marketing + referral system
More Active Nodes More engagement and network security
Brand Visibility Stronger presence globally

5. Budget Requested

Total Requested: 35,000 PIVX

Breakdown:

Category Amount Description
Marketing & Airdrop Fund 18,000 PIVX Rewards for growth campaign and task-based Airdrops
Burn Dashboard Development 6,000 PIVX Design + backend + real-time burn analytics
Regional Advertising Campaigns 8,000 PIVX Community building in target countries
Educational & Media Content 3,000 PIVX Explainer videos, onboarding graphics, guides

6. Project Timeline

Phase 1 – Month 1–2

  • Deploy Burn Pool + Dashboard
  • Launch Airdrop campaign
  • Begin regional community expansion
  • Deploy referral system (MVP)

Phase 2 – Month 3–5

  • Ambassador onboarding
  • Weekly community tasks
  • Burn Pool reporting
  • Publish bi-monthly progress reports

7. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • 50,000+ new users onboarded
  • 30+ Masternodes participating in voluntary burn
  • At least 1,000,000 PIVX burned voluntarily over 6 months
  • 20% growth in daily transactions
  • 30% increase in active wallets

All metrics will be published in transparent monthly reports.

8. Conclusion

This proposal introduces a powerful, community-focused model to strengthen the PIVX ecosystem, reduce inflation, attract thousands of new users, and solidify PIVX’s position as a modern, privacy-focused cryptocurrency.

The combination of:

  • Voluntary Burn Pool,
  • Targeted Airdrop, and
  • Referral & Ambassador Program

creates a sustainable growth loop that benefits the entire network.

We respectfully request the community’s support to activate this strategic growth initiative.

Please show your math on the voluntary burn pool economics.

Here. Let me do the math for you.

Let's assume the perfect world, and every single person with PIVX, contributes to the burn fairly and equally.

Let's also assume, that 1,000,000 PIV are burned over 6 months. (From your KPI)

For simple math, let's also assume the PIVX supply is 100,000,000. (It is close to that)

That means, on a percentage basis, everyone needs to burn 1% of their coins.

All other things being equal, the end result of burning 1% is that the price of PIVX increases 1% in 6 months.

In other words, after all that, we will have achieved NOTHING.

Of course, since the whole process would be voluntary, VERY FEW would participate. Those people would unfairly lose significant value, while everyone else sees a value increase so small, it is impossible to detect given typical variability.

Essentially, it would be a complete waste for the few that volunteer to burn coins.

You should:

  1. Show where my math is wrong.

Or

  1. Remove the Coin Burn from your proposal.

Looking forward to your response.

Hello again,

Re: Your 'Targeted Airdrop & Growth Campaign' focuses on Turkey, Vietnam, China and Iran.

We have not been having much luck with residents of Turkey. Not sure why. But, our Community is mostly on Discord, and it is banned there. In fact, all social platforms have issues in those countries. Please see the following table that AI created for me.

Essentially, it would be a complete waste to focus on those countries.

You should:

  1. Explain why those countries deserve focus.

Or

  1. Remove the Targeted Airdrop & Growth Campaign from your proposal.

Looking forward to your response.

PIVX is Open Source, has no legal entity, is decentralized, and therefore is not located in a specific country, so we can't stop anyone from using it. But, actively developing a community in a country like Iran, with blanket sanctions from the USA, Canada, Japan, the EU etc., is simply a terrible idea.

If you pay the 50 PIV to submit this proposal, that will help with the Coin Burn!

Like you said no legal entity. Let whoever do whatever. Legal problems are no ones concern apart form the person doing it. There's no need to discourage anyone from setting things up in any country.

Let's keep the context in mind shall we? This is a PROPOSAL. This forum is where advice is to be provided. I did. In short, I said advertising to people that can't access the advertising, is a terrible idea.
Further, I would never vote in support of a proposal that goes against sanctions. That would make me complicit. The proposal author should know all MNOs will likely think the same. Then he can perhaps adjust his proposal.

But, if you want to vote for it .... hopefully no one shows up at your door to talk about it.

@MrAli You have submitted the proposal again without addressing ANY of the points made. That means you wasted another 50 PIV. But, it gets burned - so thanks!

  1. Referral & Ambassador Program – creating a sustainable pipeline of new active community members:

I believe there's an active Ambassadors program well handled by Redbyrd, I guess the best you could do is to reach out to her if you have any new input that will enhance the existing Ambassadors program.
