Upgraded 4.0, stuck on wrong chain

Hi, just upgraded to 4.0 on Linux CLI, now I'm stuck not syncing. Checked the last block I'm stuck on (2154687) and the hash is wrong so I'm probably on a bad chain.

Looking at various methods of fixing this and read a "using the bootstrap" article here but the link to the bootstrap is old and it will take weeks to get up to date.

Is there a more recent bootstrap?
