  "Budget Payments mn1" and "Budget Payments mn" are custom labels you probably setup during masternode creation, you can change the label if you want.

  @Yashar: Hello! Why i can not transfer my pivx in arcetic wallet The most likely cause is that arcetic wallet doesn't support PIVX. PIVX supported wallets are listed on the webpage. https://pivx.org/
