That looks to be your masternode rewards.

"Budget Payments mn1" and "Budget Payments mn" are custom labels you probably setup during masternode creation, you can change the label if you want.

Seems the wallet categorized them as Budget payments instead of Masternode Rewards, if you can paste the TXID, I can maybe look into it and see why

I really think it is an address label, try the following: (if searching for budget returns results, then you can just relabel it to whatever you want).

After I rebuild the index (Settings --> Wallet Repair) now the two transactions say Masternode Reward. At least that is fixed :)
