QT wallet won’t synq - Help!

I’ve update my QT wallet after the mandatory update date and it won’t synq. Tried reloading the latest update removed the peers doc. Still no change. It has 8 connection.

I sorry to say that I don't understand what I'm copying if any thing at all? Steps 1,2,3 I completed without a problem. What's next?
